April "Make it rain" Workout
“April Showers bring May Flowers” Let’s plant your fitness seeds NOW -- trust us, you’ll thank yourself later ;). In the spirit of Spring Showers, let’s MAKE IT RAIN! This workout is 28 minutes (not including warm-up or cool-down). Once you start, you don’t stop. It alternates between strength and conditioning exercises. Here’s what you need: Crust 1 cup of almonds 10 dates Cinnamon to taste Filling ⅓ cup of cashews ⅓ cup of coconut oil ⅓ cup of almond milk 3 tbsp of maple syrup (optional) 1 cup of berry of choice (we used a 3-berry frozen mix!) 1-3 squirts of lemon juice Cinnamon
