ONGOING from June - October, weather dependent


Meet in front of TriForce-- we'll go together to the park-of-the-day, doing our warm-up along the way. 


Join us for an athletic circuit at various parks around Roxboro EVERY Saturday @10:30am. You can expect a variety of:


  • bodyweight and equipment exercises

  • plyometrics

  • sprinting

  • bonus activities to end the sessions


The goal of this program is to get you outside, moving and improve your overall strength and endurance levels—improved athletic performance, losing weight and feeling great with some even greater folks will just be an added bonus.
