Interested in exploring your health options with TriForce? Come in for a FREE 30-min consultation. We'll discuss your goals and how we can help, and do a baseline assessment for us to build upon. Make sure to have water, running shoes and comfy clothes!

Cancelation Policy

To cancel your class reservation, please let us know at least 24-hours before class start so we can offer the spot to another member. We understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel within 24-hours, please email triforcehealth@gmail.com ASAP. Unfortunately, after three warnings from a non-urgent cancellation within 24-hrs, a small cancellation fee will be charged to the account.
