EMOM=every minute on the minute
At the start of a new minute, perform all the reps for A1 and A2. Your break is the remainder of that minute. For example, if it takes you 40seconds to perform 15 BW squats and 8 burpess, your break will be 20 seconds. You will be doing 10 sets (10 minutes), and then moving on to do the same thing for B1 and B2.
