With all that extra turkey (and other delicious dishes/desserts) you’ll be eating this month, why not add an extra workout as well?
Complete exercises A1 through A5 in order for the indicated number of reps. Repeat the ladder 3-5 times depending on the level of difficulty you are aiming for.
Ex: Walkouts x 5 reps, Single Leg Hip Thrusts x 10 reps each, Pushups x 15 reps, Jump or air squats x 20 reps and Toe Touches x 30 reps. Complete this ladder 3-5 times.
Make it harder: Increase the number of reps for each exercise by 5-10.
Make it easier: Decrease the number of reps for each exercise by 2-5.
