Remembrance Day is often respected with a moment of silence to remember those that have sacrificed their life to protect our freedom. In addition to the quiet reflection, let’s honour the fallen by exercising our freedom they fought for to achieve health and happiness-- and what better way to do that than with a military-inspired workout?
Perform all the reps for each exercise, recording the time it takes to complete. You can finish all the reps for one exercise and then move on, or keep doing a few reps of each exercise until all reps are done-- it doesn’t matter, as long as EVERY rep for EACH exercise is completed!!
