Our TriForce Egg Muffins are your solution to a quick and healthy breakfast that you can grab on the go. Simply whip up this recipe on Sunday and you are set for the workweek!
The best part about egg muffins is that you can put your favourite vegetables and meat in it- take a look at what we put in this batch below.
Yield= 6 servings (1 serving = 2 Egg Muffins)
Here’s what you’ll need:
½ cup of spinach
½ cup tomatoes
½ cup of zucchini
½ cup bell peppers
¼ cup of onions
Here’s what you do:
Preheat the oven the 375F
Finely chop all the vegetables you would like to add to your egg muffins.
In a large mixing bowl beat the 10 eggs.
Add the vegetables to the bowl, MIX!
Grease your muffin tins (we used coconut oil).
Fill the 12-muffin tins ¾ of the way full.
Bake at 375F for 16-18 minutes.
