August Outdoor Workout

Enjoy the summer while you can! This workout is perfect for any outdoor location, particularly areas, like parks, that have lots of trees and benches.

What to do:

  • Assign each of the following exercises to a landmark.

  • Decide the path you’ll take, or the time that you want to run/ walk.

  • Get moving! When you see one of the landmarks, perform the assigned exercise, then move on until you reach the next one!
