Ahh, what’s not to love about this time of year? Brightly-coloured leaves, pumpkin-flavoured EVERYTHING, apple-picking… and, of course, Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving, the holiday that celebrates the previous year’s harvest and blessings, gives us yet another reason to get together with our loved ones over a delicious meal, and a chance to relax and reflect on our precious lives.

Let’s commemorate this grateful time of year by paying homage to what has permitted us to celebrate and enjoy life: our BODY.
