Soldier Salute Workout

Honour, courage, sacrifice, grit, determination… The descriptors of a soldier. These men and women hold themselves and each other to the highest standards both mentally and physically. Without them, life in Canada would look a little bit different than it does today.

Remembrance Day is a day to remember those that have fallen for our freedom, and we can’t think of a better way to honour their memory than to use our liberty to achieve the healthiest and happiest life that we can.

So, without further adieu, let’s GET MOVING!

This workout has 11 exercises. You will do 11 reps of each exercise. Keep repeating the 11 exercises as many times as you can in 20.17 minutes.
