Chia Seed Pudding

Need a ready-to-go breakfast on busy mornings? This quick and easy pudding will be ready for you in the morning to eat at home or to take on-the-go!

Yields: 4 serving l Prep time= 3 minutes

Here's what you'll need:

1/2 cup of chia seeds

2 cups of almond milk (OR coconut milk/soy milk)

3 teaspoons of cocoa (optional) 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional) 2 tablespoons of berries (optional)

Here's what you do:

1. Mix all of the ingredients in a container. 2. Let the mixture set overnight in the fridge. 3. Enjoy it in the morning or take it to go!
