20.18 Workout

January, the month of fresh starts. Revisited dreams and new goals; however, sometimes your busy life doesn’t accommodate your goals as much as you need it to.

Never fear!

The body is a beautiful thing. Its adaptive ability is amazing: the smallest changes or tiniest efforts consistently, over time, leads to big progress.

So, when life is in the fast lane, opt for quick workouts to keep your blood pumping, muscles moving and sweat glistening.

For example, this workout is only 18 minutes! Who doesn’t have 18 minutes in a day?

This workout will be 45 sec x 5 exercises x 4 rounds with 1 minute of rest in between each round (for a total of 20 exercises done in 18 minutes-- get it?!)
