#JessicaIntheKitchen), we have a delicious, healthy treat that will fit inside lunch boxes – purses even – and is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Here’s what you’ll need:
And here’s what you do:
Blend the almonds and walnuts into a fine powder in the food processor (~ 1-2 minutes on high).
Add the Medjool dates until a thick batter forms.
Then, throw in the cocoa powder, protein powder, cinnamon and most of the unsweetened coconut flakes until thoroughly mixed.
Take a spoonful of the mixture and roll into a round ball (~1’’ thick).
Set in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
