We all know that you can't let the month of May pass without a Star Wars/ TriForce reference. What better way to celebrate the perfect union than with a Star Wars themed workout?
It's basically a tradition now. The Clone War workout is now out and will be bringing the dark side to home theaters everywhere.
This sequel focuses on overloading muscles for a serious burn. There are 4 pairs. Each pair will be done 4 times, completing 30sec of work and resting just 15sec in between exercises. After you've down the 4 rounds, rest 1 minute before moving onto the next pair.
