Hey June, don't make it bad: Workout


June is all about sixes and the Beatles (“Hey Jude” - “Hey June” … get it?!). June is "making it bad", almost devilish with this quick workout. Show your body some love (because #LoveIsAllYouNeed, right?): perform just 6 reps (each side) of each exercise for 6 rounds as fast as you can. Give ‘er a try and tell us it went.
