It's been a hot summer -- so hot, that there were times we thought we were in a new found Canadian desert. But, that never got in the way of having a killer summer so far!
Desert heat + summer fun = this workout.
There are 4 exercises that you will complete circuit-style (one to the next, then the next). You'll start your pyramid climb at an interval of 30sec of work, 15sec of rest between exercises in round one. From there, increase the work interval to 45 sec in round 2, and then to 60sec to conquer the top of the pyramid.
To complete your Indiana Jones adventure, you need to make your back down the pyramid to escape the mummies and snakes!
