Fitness classes

From Bench press to partner exercises, and back squat to a motivating community.... we combine the best aspects of exercising as an individual and as a traditional group fitness class into one incredibly effective, awesomely fun workout that's accommodating to ALL fitness levels.  


What's more, we offer an array of classes that focus on different fitness goals-- allowing you to mix and match to create a weekly program that will get you to your fitness goals.

Personal and Small-group Training

Sometimes we need a little guidance, but seeking help can be very expensive. 

That's why TriForce offers both personal and small-group training at a very affordable rate. Health is not a commodity, so we strive to offer premier service at a reasonable cost for the hard-working folks in our community. You'll get a customized program, complete with a nutrition analysis and guidance, to ensure that your goals are met as efficiently as possible. 

Have a few friends or family members with similar goals? Have them join in on your sessions and split the group training rate among all of the participants! 

Community Initiatives

Our goal is to make health accessible and affordable to everyone in our community.
