TriForce Almond Mounds

Craving some sweets during the sweet time of summer? These bad boys are quick, easy, perfect for on the go snacks and incredibly delicious! If you like the candy bar Almond Joys, you’ll LOVE these!

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 ½ cups of PITTED dates (we may or may not have made this mistake- won’t name names… #datenewbz)

⅔ cup of almond butter

5 tbsp of cocoa powder

¼ cup of unsweetened coconut shavings

1 tbsp of honey

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth. This will take 3-5 minutes, with intermittent paused to scrape the mixture off the sides.

  3. Scoop out a spoonful and roll into a ball.

  4. Place the mounds in the freezer until the shape firms (though, trust us, they’re still delicious without the firmer texture!).

  5. ENJOY!
