If you’ve been to a couple of our classes, you’ve most likely participated in one of our favourite workout styles: doing a high volume of reps without realizing it (anyone remember Marjorie’s 80th birthday class? We did 80 celebratory burpees!).
The secret to completing incredibly high rep workouts is to break it down into small, manageable steps (hey, this sounds like a metaphor for achieving a lofty dream by splitting it up into attainable goals... ).
So, in this workout, you will be doing 10 reps of each of the 10 exercises below, for three rounds. This equates to 30 reps of each exercise and 300 total reps of exercise for the workout. To celebrate the glorious warm weather, we’ll be doing this workout outside:
