Feelin' Lucky Workout
St. Patrick's Day is coming up, and we don't know about you, but we're starting to feel lucky!
So this month's workout aims to keep that luckiness alive with a 7-7-7 circuit. There are 7 exercises. Your goal is to complete 7 rounds of 7 reps of each exercise (each side if it's unilateral) as fast as you can --- a pot of gold is sure to appear if you can do this UNDER 7 minutes hehe.
